Who we are
ProHyderabad is a real-estate listings platform operated by Mohan Reddy T, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use prohyderabad.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you submit a callback request, schedule a site visit, or send an enquiry, we collect:
- Your name
- Your mobile phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- The project (if any) you are enquiring about
- Any message you choose to include
- The page on our site where you submitted the request, and any UTM parameters that brought you to us
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell your data. We do not use behavioural tracking for ad-retargeting purposes.
How we use it
- Lead handoff: Mohan Reddy T (ProHyderabad's founder) personally qualifies every inbound enquiry. Once qualified, your details are shared with the specific builder whose project you enquired about, so they can schedule a site visit and follow up with offers.
- Service emails: If you provide an email, we send you a one-time acknowledgement that we have received your enquiry. We do not subscribe you to any marketing list.
- Commission tracking: Internally, we track which leads result in bookings so we can settle commissions with builders. This stays within ProHyderabad's admin platform and is never published.
Who we share with
- Builders. Once your lead reaches the "site visit scheduled" stage in our pipeline, your contact details become visible to the builder of the specific project you enquired about, via their ProHyderabad builder portal account. Earlier-stage leads stay solely with ProHyderabad.
- Email infrastructure. Acknowledgement emails are delivered through Resend, a transactional email provider. Their privacy policy applies to mail in transit.
- No other third parties. We do not pass your data to advertising networks, data brokers, or general-purpose CRM platforms.
How long we keep it
Lead records are retained for as long as the enquiry is commercially active (up to twelve months of inactivity) and for an additional three years thereafter for commission settlement and tax-compliance purposes. After that we delete or anonymise the record.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what we hold about you — we'll send you a summary within seven working days.
- Correct any inaccurate detail — typically a phone number or spelling.
- Delete your record entirely — we will erase your name, phone, email, and message text from the lead database. Anonymised commission rows may be retained for tax purposes.
- Stop sharing your data with a specific builder — we'll mark the lead as withdrawn.

Cookies
ProHyderabad uses a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for admin login sessions and builder-portal sign-in. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party behavioural tag.
Security
Lead and admin data is stored in a database that only ProHyderabad's admin platform can access. Admin sessions and builder-portal sessions are protected by signed cookies. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text. All inter-service traffic uses TLS once deployed.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our data practices change. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for thirty days.
